Network Installations
Larch Computer Services provides a complete "end to end" network design and installation service from the initial site survey & performance requirement determination, through to cabling, network infrastructure, hardware installation & configuration, server & client PC installation to the final commissioning, testing and documentation of the installation.
Computer Maintenance
When the installation has been completed, Larch Computer Services provides on-site maintenance for all new and any existing equipment that the customer may have. Contract types offered are as follows:
Standard Service, Normal Response. - Provision of a service engineer on site within a maximum of eight-working hours of placing a fault call (Normal Response). If an on site repair is not possible, the repaired unit or an equivalent loan unit will be provided within a maximum of three working days (Standard Service) for the duration of the repair.
Super Service, Normal Response - provision of a service engineer on site within a maximum of eight-working hours of placing a fault call (Normal Response). If an on site repair is not possible, the repaired unit or an equivalent loan unit will be provided within a maximum of one working day (Super Service) for the duration of the repair.
Super Service, Fast Response - provision of a service engineer on site within a maximum of four-working hours of placing a fault call (Fast Response). If an on site repair is not possible, the repaired unit or an equivalent loan unit will be provided within a maximum of one working day (Super Service) for the duration of the repair.
Technical Support
Technical Support can be provided over the phone, by remote access or on site by one of our Technical Support Specialists. We carry various manufacturers' authorisations, due to our technical excellence, and are accredited with the BS EN ISO 9001:2008 quality standard (formerly ISO 9001:2000, ISO 9000:1994 & BS 5750) Larch Computer Services can provide support & training for just about all aspects of IT.
