Bacon & Mushroom Pasta Bake Recipe

Ingredients:

• Red or Green Pesto
• Tinned tomatoes
• Garlic Italian Herbs
• Mushrooms
• Courgette
• Onion
• Bacon
• Parmesan

1. Cook the Bacon with the onion, mushrooms and Courgette in a frying pan
2. Add the Garlic Italian Herbs
3. Add the Tomatoes
4. Add 1 table spoon of Pesto
5. Cook the pasta
6. Add sauce to the pasta
7. Place in dish and top with Cheese
8. Place in oven for 15 min / or under the grill
